Agencies that submit a resume to Trojan Battery Company must have a current executed Trojan Battery Company Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resources Department. In addition, Agencies may only submit candidates to positions for which they have been invited to do so by a Trojan Battery Company HR Representative. No other Trojan Battery Company employee is authorized to accept resumes from Agencies. All resumes must be sent to a Trojan Battery Company HR Representative under these terms and conditions. Agencies will not be paid a commission, finder’s fee or other similar payment if it fails to abide by these terms and conditions.
