My name is Abbie. I'm the VP of Operations at Colorado Golf and Turf. We have been in business since 1983 same owner and operator has run the entire time. We are the Club Car distributor currently for all of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. I've been with Colorado Golf and Turf since 2006 and we believe one of the most important thing that has continued to make us successful in this industry is our focus on customer service. We believe that the follow-up and the service after the sale is just as important as the initial sale. So we continue to have a full-service department on staff, as well as a fleet of vans out on the road all the time to make sure that we are meeting our customers' needs with very little downtime. We have always chosen to partner with and represent very high-end quality products. So one of the decisions that we made was to partner with Trojan lithium. The reason is because of the name they have in the industry. 
For as long as we partnered with them on the flooded lead acid side and the other products that we carry, we just absolutely knew that they'd be the best partner to represent our products as we put them out into the field. We have found the Trojan lithium pack very easy to install. It's incredibly user friendly with the dashboard accessories, rather than under the seat. Our technicians have enjoyed the ease of installation. Our experience with the lithium Trojan product has been incredible so far. Our Trojan rep is so incredibly knowledgeable, so responsive. Oftentimes, we're able to be on site, make a phone call, get the answers we need to get our customers going, which, at the end of the day makes us look good, so we will continue to use this product.

Christopher McCain: Welcome to the PGA Show. My name is Christopher McCain with Trojan Battery Company. Today, we're joined by Austin. Austin is a dealer for us just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. And, Austin, I know that you are a dealer for us for lithium ion batteries. Can you tell us what you like about those products? 

Austin: They're a great battery. One of the things we like about them is a lot of the safety features that are integrated into the battery. It's very durable, very reliable, and it's one of the batteries that we know it's it's gonna work as advertised. So it's gonna be that, you know, 10 to 12 maybe longer years of lifespan, towards the battery.

Christopher: And Austin, can you tell us about the serviceability of the batteries and how the ease of installation is for you, your business, and your customers? 

Austin: The great thing is it's a one and done battery. Once you put it in and you get used, you know, as as you get them programmed and set up for the cart, it's it's a very easy, cost effective solution, you know, for the lithium conversion for your customers. 

Christopher: And Austin, if you were to use one word to explain Trojan Battery and Trojan Lithium Batteries, what word would you use? 

Austin: The best.

Jonathan Garza: Hi there. My name is Jonathan Garza with Trojan Battery Company. I am a national account manager and with me we have some trusted partners for quite some time, Battery Boys, and they're gonna tell us a little bit about how our partnership, helps build trust with their customers. Let's go first. You are the owner after all.

Brad: Well, as the owner of Battery Boys, I've been dealing with Trojan for 11 years now. When the lithium products were first coming out, everybody was skeptical at first. Nobody wanted to pay the price, too expensive. But as technology has improved, especially as Trojan has really stepped up and improved their lithium product, we've had a lot of demand for it. In just the 6 months, we have converted over 100 golf carts out of flooded wet cell batteries and into lithium.

It's been a tremendous success for us. We've had a lot of demand, a lot of people who, my friend got it. I want the same thing too. The prices have been extreme competitive now to where we don't even have to mention price. We mentioned benefits.

And from there, we're already making sale after sale. Ryan is our shop manager in our office, and he has done a ton of the actual conversions himself. Been in and out and upside down and under just about every golf cart there is. And the nice thing about Trojan product, it's transferrable, it's easy installation. You don't have to go through disassembling the cart, tearing it apart, putting some kind of a brace in there to put a single cell unit in that so many other the car companies have now.

For doing conversions, to me, there's nothing better on the market than what Trojan is offering now. 

Ryan: Well, I mean, it is very much more convenient than doing the the the lead acid. You know, the the conversions are a lot cleaner, a lot smoother. Actually, a lot of people like the, the extra storage that is underneath their seat. So a lot of people want the onboard charger, which, you know, most of them are not, you know, set up for that, so they just put their, their charger underneath their seat and now they can go anywhere and charge their lithiums wherever they want to.

So that is actually pretty convenient for most people in the villages where they live in their golf carts. So, that's that is definitely one good thing about the, the lithium. So, convenience, a lot of people in the villages definitely like that, and, here at Battery Boys, we we definitely enjoy putting them in.
