New DIN-sized Trojan AES AGM and Trojan lithium-ion batteries headline industry-leading deep cycle battery solutions for floor cleaning and maintenance equipment.

Santa Fe Springs, CA — April 30, 2024. Trojan Battery Company, a leading manufacturer of energy storage solutions, will address the powering needs of the global cleaning market in its stand (01.220) during Interclean, May 14-17 in Amsterdam. Trojan’s industry-leading deep-cycle battery technologies to maximize floor cleaning equipment performance, reduce downtime, and extend overall battery life will be displayed for cleaning and hygiene professionals attending the world’s largest professional cleaning trade show.

Broad Battery Portfolio for Floor Machines

During Interclean, Trojan will display its broad portfolio of batteries, focusing on our AGM and lithium batteries for scrubber dryers, burnishers, vacuum cleaners, floor sweepers, and other cleaning equipment. Trojan batteries require minimum maintenance, are durable and have a long life, and can be used in environments that require equipment to be powered by batteries that do not spill or gas.

  • Trojan AES AGM. Trojan’s new DIN size batteries, the 6V TE35–AES and 12V 5SHP–AES, will be on display at Interclean as part of the full line of Trojan AES AGM solutions. The rugged, premium VRLA batteries deliver consistent high output and up to 3 times the cycle life of standard AGM alternatives, especially in extreme deep cycle (up to 100% DoD), partial charging, or challenging environments.

  • Trojan Lithium-Ion. Also displayed in stand 01.220 will be the Trojan GC2 24V, 36V, and 48V lithium-ion batteries, which deliver high performance and are virtually maintenance-free. Trojan lithium-ion batteries are designed with advanced safety features and meet automotive durability and vibration testing standards.

Cleaning Robot Demos at Interclean Trojan Stand

As part of its commitment to advancing cleaning technology, Trojan Battery Company will be collaborating with LionsBot, a worldwide provider of state-of-the-art technology solutions for the commercial cleaning sector. The demonstration will feature the R12 Rex CS cutting-edge cleaning robot powered by a Trojan GC2 36V Lithium-Ion battery.

LionsBot R12 Rex CS is equipped with twin cylindrical and side brushes, for efficient cleaning. With its 2-in-1 sweep and scrub cleaning mechanisms, the R12 Rex CS delivers powerful downward brush pressure that removes the toughest of stains on hard flooring. It is ideal for cleaning large facilities such as convention centres and warehouses.
