Single-Point Battery Watering System
Take the guesswork out of your flooded battery watering and maintenance.
Eliminate the hassles that accompany battery watering
Proper maintenance and periodic watering are critical to maximizing the performance and life of your Trojan deep cycle, flooded lead acid batteries. But battery maintenance can be a costly, time-consuming, messy job. A Trojan Single-Point Watering System can make the watering process much easier.
Flexible design
Designed to work with flooded deep cycle batteries, it takes the guesswork out of your flooded battery watering. And the flexible tube routing allows the watering system to work with various battery bank sizes and configurations.
Three configurations for three battery voltages
The system comes in three configurations: 12V, 24V and 48V. All are designed for single string installations with Trojan Premium and Signature line flooded batteries. You can choose from three different kits, for the Trojan Premium and Signature lines (12V, 24V and 48V). These kits use different sized vent caps.
For systems with multiple, parallel strings, order multiple systems at the required system voltage.
Automatic shut-off valves
You can extend the performance and life of Trojan flooded lead acid batteries by maintaining proper electrolyte levels. However, determining that level can be a challenge. The kit includes automatic shut-off valves, interconnected with tubing to replace the existing vent caps. A quick coupling allows the system to be connected easily to a water supply. Once the watering system is installed, water flows to each battery cell until it reaches the correct level. With the built-in flow indicator, you can easily see when filling is complete, which generally takes 30 seconds per battery.
Extend flooded battery life and performance
A properly watered battery lasts longer and performs better. Overfilling a battery can result in loss of acid, while charging with low electrolyte levels can result in permanent damage to the lead plates. Both can result in loss of capacity and life expectancy.
Safety feature
Filling your deep cycle batteries without removing the vent covers means you avoid battery acid burns, poisonous fumes and ruined clothing.
